Sofia Kalamaris
Sofia Kalamaris is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with a private practice in the Vaughan area. Sofia has over 20 years of experience helping individuals take control of their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition guidance and lifestyle modifications. While her primary focus is diabetes management, her expertise also extends to metabolic syndrome, weight loss, women’s health, and mindful eating.
In her private practice, she works with clients both virtually and in person, offering personalized nutrition support tailored to their unique goals and lifestyles. She believes in building strong, supportive connections with her patients—empowering them to make sustainable changes that improve their health, confidence, and overall well-being.
